What’s the story on the vegano calf leather? Looks interesting.
Wow, that first pair is beautiful.
I’m digging that first pair too. How would the wear and creasing be with no seams on the shoe? I’ve never had good luck with seamless shoes and smooth toe shoes not having a terrible crease even with proper care (shining, polishing, shoe trees, etc)

It really is a beautiful leather. A lot of depth to the color, almost not like a typical Alden. This is one shoe (like the black lady calf NST) that looks incredible in person.

I can’t really say how it will wear with time since I do not own a pair in this leather. I’m confident in the leathers Alden sources so I’m sure it will hold up just fine.
Terrible creases can sometimes be the result of improper fit or a last that doesn’t suit your feet as well.

The Vegano calf pair looks really nice, almost the same shade as ravello shell. I am a big fan of he 968 pattern as well. Great pair of shoes, Tom.
