    Is this the same suede that is on the LS PIT boot? You say it is perfect for winter…does that mean the suede is water resistant?

    No, the Pitt Boot uses an oiled chamois suede leather.

    Perfect for winter in that when I think of winter outfits of heavier wool and tweed, I think of suede. These are not water resistant by any means but you could easily use a repellant spray to remedy that.

    What do you recommend for a repellant spray? I’m looking for something that won’t change the color or texture. Not looking to weatherproof them, just to save them from inadvertent stains (bevies and food)…

    I fit in the EG 202 last 10.0-10.5. Do you have a size in the Safari boot that would match this? Thank you

    When you say 10-10.5 do you mean 10UK? What width? A 10E UK Would be a 10.5D for the Safari. You may want to email or call Bryan at LSBH. We are sold out of your size at LSW but Bryan may have a few in stock in your size but not sure.

    In regard’s to sizing, if i wear a 12d i would down size but my question is more in regards to width. In Red Wings gt 11.5 the width is very tight, my foot measures 4.5 inches wide. What width would I be in these?

    I’m sorry but we are not familiar with Red Wings sizing/widths.

    If you are not familiar with Alden sizing we highly recommend buying your first few pairs in person locally where you are.

    I fit well in Edward Green UK8,5 (82 last), Crockett & Jones UK9 (337 last) and Brooks Brothers US 9,5 (Bucks). What size will you recommend for these shoes?
    Do you have the recommended size in stock? Do you ship to Russia?

      Sorry, we are sold out of these. For future reference, I’d probably recommend the same size as your EG size.

    I’m sorry, Tom, but I mentioned that EG is in UK size. Aldens are in US size. How can I take the same?

    Masheenistoff,

    Yes, but the Trubalance last which the Indy Boot is made on runs 1/2 size larger than standard US sizing. So, if you are a 8.5 in EG, that would make you a 9 in US sizing, so a 8.5D in the Indy Boot.
