   Tom,

   I was wondering what size I would be in this shoe (I wear 6 1/2 E in the Lobb 8000 last and a 7 D in the Alden Plaza last) and if you have that size in stock? Also, does the bottom of the shoe have a beveled waist? Hard to tell from the pics.

   I would suggest a 6.5E. Unfortunately we are sold out of your size already.

   How would that work, as far as deposit etc and what if size is not right? Anything else I should know about or consider before deciding whether to order?

   Darrell,

   We require 1/2 deposit on MTOs and do not offer refunds. Sorry about that. If you are a 6.5E 8000 last and 7D Plaza, I would be comfortable recommending the 6.5E for you though.

   Ok then – those are indeed my sizes. In fact, the 8000 last in the 6 1/2 E is probably the most comfortable fitting shoe I’ve worn for dress shoes. Because they are MTO do they come with lasted trees? What next?

   Shoe trees would be $125 extra. Edward Green doesn’t make lasted shoe trees actually. If you are interested in placing an order please email me directly.

   Please note, MTOs normally have an upcharge but we will waive it for you since we do have this shoe in stock now, just not in your size.

    Also just wondering if my order ever went in after you verified receiving my credit card info. I never recall getting a confirmation or seeing the deposit you required show up on my card.

    do you still have the downing available in size 11 or 11.5 US in either the E or F width? I am in LA, does the BH store have it?
