Our Plaza Wingtip Boots in shell cordovan have been extremely popular ever since we introduced them back in 2007. Since Horween’s chromexcel has also been such a success for us with our Ultimate Indy, we thought, why not mix together two of our most popular items? The result was our Plaza Wingtip Boots in Chromexcel.
A couple new additions to the makeup include metal eyelets and a double oiled leather waterlock sole.

I’m too caught up on everything either made in the Barrie or Trubalance last these days.
If I hadn’t just purchased the Brown Chromexcel NST boots I would certainly be taking a pair of these!! The Brown Chromexcel is amazingly comfortable right out of the box and it looks great. The leather on the boots I have remind me of my high school baseball glove — no joke!!! Perfectly soft, durable, and just get better looking with age!! You never fail to keep your shoe lines fresh, clever, and timeless…. Always looking forward to checking your site. Keep up the great work!!!

Sorry, no. It would entail a $150 markup along with a longer wait time. You are better off getting it as is and having it resoled in commando when it’s time for a full restoration in the future.

Ive been trying not to buy anymore Aldens but these are amazing! I am sized a 11 B/C but for Aldens on the Barrie last I wear a 10D, what size do you suggest I get in the Plaza last? And do you have that size avaiable in these boots?

I would say wait and order a 11.5B or C on the Plaza. We are currently taking preorders so it would be great timing for you to get something that really fits you well as long as you don’t mind the wait.
