Please compare the flexibility and comfort of this boot with its “flex sole” (does that mean its simply a thinner sole than usual?) to the PT Boot with the crepe sole.

These have an oiled single leather sole which is obviously much thinner than the crepe sole. Comfort is dependent on what you personally prefer. Some people prefer the feel of a single leather sole, some people prefer the feel of a crepe sole.

These look great. How do you think they’ll hold up in slightly wet, muddy nyc weather? Wondering if you have a pair left in 9D? I think I tried on a pair of longwings on the barrie last and I believe I was a 9D.

I just received the Cordovan Pitt boot through LSBH and love it. The Suede Flex PT boot would fit the same true? Both Barrie Last? Is this boot lined and is there much difference between the oiled single leather flex sole and Pitt boot’s double oiled waterlock sole? Thanks Tom..

Yes, the flex PTBoot is on the same last, the Barrie. It is indeed lined. Yes, the difference in the flexibility is quite different. A single leather sole will not have the weight and durability.
