Edward Green – One of a Kind Sandringham

The design possibilities are endless with Edward Green‘s made-to-order program. This particular Sandringham was designed to wear with jeans or chinos and maybe with the occational quirky jacket/trouser combination. The choice of Burnt Pine Antique and Burgundy Antique creates an interesting color combination along with the natural antiqued edgetrim.

A ram’s head medallion takes the place of the standard toe medallion on the Sandringham.

Edward Green made-to-orders take approximately 4-6 months to deliver. With their MTO Program, you have the ability to customize your shoe by choosing style, last, sole, and type of leather. There is a $125.00 upcharge on all MTOs.

After 4 years of offering our Leather Soul Exclusive V-Tips on the Leydon Last, we have decided to make a last change.

Introducing, the Leather Soul Exclusive Hampton Lasted V-Tips.

Extra soft Black or Burgundy Calf along with Alden’s Flex-Welt construction and heavily oiled sole, make this “everyday” shoe, our most comfortable offering to date.

Soft tumbled lady calf wraps around your feet like a glove, giving you the feeling of a well broken in pair of your favorite shoes.

Alden’s oiled flex leather sole is not only more durable than your standard leather sole, it keeps water out and is more comfortable for those long walks on hard pavement.

Alden Shoes – Vintage “Big Punch” Oxford

Our newest Leather Soul Exclusive Alden shoe is the Vintage “Big Punch” Oxford.

After collaborating with Alden during a trunk show last year, we dug a sample out from the vault and decided to put a twist on a vintage shoe that no one has seen in ages.

Extra large circular “punches” are the focal point of this model. They give this vintage model an unusual look that we haven’t seen before. A very special calfskin was chosen for this model, “chataigne smooth calf,” which is a burnished tan/chestnut/cognac mix. Originally on the old Hampton Last, we decided to use the Plaza Last to give this style a modern update.

Alden Shoes – Wing Tip w/Crepe Sole, Grant Last

With the extreme popularity of Alden’s plantation crepe sole on a few of our recent models, we are glad to have these Alden Wing Tips w/Crepe Sole on the Grant Last arrive.

Brown Scotch Grain Calfskin is a perfect match for this country blucher.

Burgundy Color #8 Shell Cordovan dresses it up a bit, but would still look very sharp with your favorite jeans.

Edward Green – Three New Derbies in Stock

Three new Edward Green derbies, or bluchers, have just arrived and look stunning.

The Robertsbridge is a new model for EG, an austerity brogue derby based on the popular Beaulieu model. We chose the 82 Last and Bauxite Antique which will really look outstanding with a tailored navy suit.

Next up is the classic Elmsley perforated straight tip derby. Edwardian Antique and the 888 Last perfectly blend to create a casual yet refined shoe. Notice the extra small punching we requested instead of the standard sized punch.

Finally the Ecton, one of our most popular Edward Green models. The handsewn split toe apron front is the main focus of this design that real shoe connoisseurs appreciate. Chestnut Antique leather and the 888 Last work perfectly for this model.
