Saint Crispin’s – Combination 505 in Tan (LSW)

We love double monks and when we received these they really blew us away.

Our latest double monk strap is the Saint Crispin’s 505 on the classic last in a combination of Inca and crust leather. The saddle on this shoe really sets it apart from other double monk straps.

The 505 is currently available as a MTO.

($1700.00, lasted, hollowed shoe trees included)

  1. Holy cow! This might be the most amazing pair of shoes I have seen. Would consider my oldest child as a trade? He’s really well behaved and wouldn’t be any trouble.

  2. Hi Tom. Just a few questions for future reference. Since this is a MTO shoe, can it be made on the screwdriver/chiseled last? What is the turn around time? And how do the straps work to stay secure without holes for the buckle?

    • Darrell,

Yes, we can have this made on any last. Turnaround time is approximately 2 months. Holes for the straps can either be done at the factory (like any other RTW monk strap), or here in person.

      Aloha,

      Tom

  3. That’s great to know Tom. Do you know the difference between the chiseled last and the screwdriver last and do you have any thoughts on which would go best with this shoe (you know for when it comes time to order a pair)?

    • Darrell,

Unfortunately I have yet to order the Screwdriver last. I honestly think this model looks best on the Classic but the Chiseled may look interesting. The Screwdriver isn’t my favorite last for this model.

      Aloha,

      Tom

  4. I think I might like “interesting” when the time comes. 🙂
