Alden Shoe – Bradley Loafer in Loden Green Restock (LSDT)

The Bradley Loafer has been a favorite of Honolulu businessmen since its release in 2013. We’ve seen various color ways but the original loden green has been one model that our customers have been asking for the most.

Loden green is more of an olive brown and works perfectly for the Hawaiian businessman outfit of an aloha shirt and chinos or slacks. It also looks great off the clock with jeans. The flex construction and buttery soft lady calf make for an extremely comfortable fit with or without socks.

Alden Shoe – Merchant St. Loafer (LSDT)

Anyone who does business in Downtown Honolulu knows that a suit and tie is generally out of place. An aloha shirt, chinos, and slip on loafer is the uniform of most bankers, attorneys, sales people, and accountants.

To be more specific, the LS version of the Downtown Honolulu businessman uniform would consist of a Reyn Spooner x LS aloha shirt, Incotex chinos, and these Alden slip on loafers.

Our Plaza Penny in loden green soft calf was our sleeper pick for 2013. We’ve never had such great feedback from our customers who purchased a pair. The biggest fan of them has to be our friend Brad.

We opened our doors in Downtown Honolulu in November 2004 as a humble one-man operation. The past 20 years have been filled with ups and downs, but throughout it all, we remain committed to representing brands we love with the utmost respect and care.

In commemoration of our 20th Anniversary, we will be releasing a very special shell cordovan Bradley Loafer by Alden, paired with an exclusive aloha shirt by Kahala. This LS20 pack is now available in-person only at Leather Soul Waikiki in the Royal Hawaiian Center.

Alden Shoe – BLA02 (LSW)

Our second collaboration with Tom’s cocktail bar, Bar Leather Apron, is BLA02, Alden’s original Tassel Loafer in burgundy dress calf.

As you can tell by now, the burgundy dress calf/antique edge theme will be the basis of our BLA collaborations. The color scheme not only matches the BLA branding, it really is a classic combination that goes well with so many colors and patterns.
