Our latest Leather Soul x Reyn Spooner aloha shirt release is comprised of 5 patterns. Each aloha shirt is made on their modern slim fit and made with aloha here in Hawaii.
A slimmer silhouette featuring a tighter waist, higher arm holes, and a rounded bottom are some of the details that differentiate these from Reyn Spooner’s standard line. Also, these shirts are made in Hawaii, which is something we are most proud of.
Available in sizes S – XL.

Following up our snuff suede Longwing release, we present the tan suede and the dark brown suede versions. It’s the first time we’ve offered the Longwing in dark brown suede and we think it came out great.
All three models now have a double oiled waterlock sole.

Edward Green’s Buxton is essentially an unlined penny loafer version of the Dover. A handsewn Norwegian apron and split toe gives the Buxton its unique look. As an unlined shoe the Buxton is extremely comfortable, which makes it very wearable sockless, perfectly matching with chinos or trousers with no break, to complete the “LS look.”

EDIT: Chef Kajioka has left Vintage Cave as of July 2014. At this time, he is looking to open his own restaurant in Hawaii.
“It doesn’t matter how much it costs, even if it’s $10 million or $100 million…”
Those are the words of Mr. Takeshi Sekiguchi, the self-described crazy Japanese real estate developer who has single handedly changed the dining scene in Hawaii through the opening of his $20 million Vintage Cave.
Mr. Sekiguchi put his trust, and a signed blank check book, in the hands of my fellow Iolani School grad, Chris Kajioka. Now at the ripe old age of 30, Chris is the head chef of the top restaurant in the State of Hawaii. After making his mark on the mainland at Per Se and Willows Inn, Chris is now responsible for the wonders of amazement that diners are now able to experience here in Hawaii.
Chris, you are the man.
Tom’s Tip: No tip needed, if you are lucky enough to get a reservation, do it.

The Edward Green Dover is one of our essential models. We try to keep a healthy stock of the Dover in dark oak antique on the 606 last on hand at all times. Its Norwegian apron is stitched with a pig’s bristle needle, just as it was generations ago.

The first slip on loafer-shoe in London was created by Raymond Wildsmith. It was derived from a bespoke pair of house shoes made for King George VI. The “Wildsmith Loafer” became immediately successful and to this day the style has been carried on by many British shoemakers.
Wildsmith’s modern rendition of the “Wildsmith Loafer” is the Bloomsbury. Available in London tan and mole suede. The Bloomsbury is unlined for comfort with a nicely beveled waist and a very elegant toe shape.
